Jay do

Jay Do is an experienced Art Director currently leading creative efforts at Rethink since December 2024. Previously, Jay held Art Director roles at Le Truc and 360i, where responsibilities included managing accounts for notable brands like 7-Eleven and TUMS. Earlier positions include Associate Art Director at The Martin Agency, where Jay worked on the UPS account, and a Creative Intern at Deutsch LA, contributing to projects for Walmart, Bayer, and Nintendo. Jay's professional journey began with design consulting at the Technology Learning Center and internships at OBERLAND, Studio Two Three, and SEDIMENT ARTS. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business, Branding, and Art Direction from VCU Brandcenter and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Art History from the University of Richmond.
