How do you grow a new economy and tackle climate and social inequity? Rethinking Capital is confident that many of the answers lie in integrating intangible assets and liabilities into economic rules, systems and norms.
Rethinking Capital is a community of influential global experts—focussed on harnessing intangibles as the new engine of economic growth.

Together with the Oasis Foundation, an organisation that disrupts conventional practices by taking a radical and compassionate approach to learning and leadership, Rethinking Capital’s aim is to ‘rethink’ economics and accounting for the intangible economy.
Our accounting solution recognises the fair market value of intangible assets and liabilities, including climate risk, in financial statements without the need to change accounting standards.
Socrates once said: “The beginning of wisdom is the definition of terms”. Rethinking Capital wants to rewrite the rule book that governs the intangible economy.
