Will Richman is the founder of Upgraded, a consultancy that helps Canadian SME tech companies unlock significant working capital through various financial strategies. Previously, Will co-founded and served as CEO of Bitmaker, which became Canada's leading technology career accelerator before being acquired for $413 million. Will also co-founded and operated GrowthGenius, generating over $135 million in revenue for multiple clients. They have served as a mentor at Launch Academy and currently advise at Openstock and Reticle. Will holds a degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
