Bailey Bond serves as the Client Engagement Team Lead at RetireMed since August 2020, where responsibilities include managing policy holder inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service while employing problem resolution skills. Previously, Bailey worked as a nanny for The Knight Family, managing daily schedules and coordinating activities. A Health Promotion and Planning Intern at Union County Health Department provided experience in program evaluation and community outreach. Bailey also worked as a Teacher Aide at Francine C. Childs Early Learning Center, supervising young children and creating a nurturing environment, and as a bartender at Cats Corner, focusing on customer service and multitasking.
