Retirement Mortgage Solutions was created to provide homeowners 55+ with a variety of ways to access the equity in their home. Unlike many other companies, we offer an array of solutions since one size does not fit all.

In addition to traditional Reverse Mortgages, we have access to proprietary reverse mortgages. These options offer greater flexibility in underwriting and higher property value limits, as they are not subject to FHA regulations.

We also have access to Equity Share Agreements, bank statement loans, which don’t rely on income for qualification, and interest-only loans for those seeking lower payments.
