John Hetling

John Hetling is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer at RetMap, Inc. John also serves as an Associate Professor at UIC College of Engineering, Director of Undergraduate Studies at University of Illinois at Chicago, and Adjunct Professor at UIC Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. John has a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering and Neuroscience from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bates College. Previously, John worked as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Technician at Bowdoin College.
