Lisa Platt

Lisa Platt serves as the Head of Product Design at Retool since March 2024, following a successful tenure as Senior Director of Product Design at Splunk, where leadership focused on UX advancements for the Observability product suite and product launches that expanded market reach. Previous roles include Director of Product Design at Twilio Inc., where organization scaling and employee engagement were prioritized during the pandemic, and Head of Design at Amplitude Analytics, contributing to significant revenue growth and securing funding. Experience also includes Director of UX at PlayStation, enhancing user engagement in mobile gaming, and leadership positions in UX at New Relic and GE Capital, as well as an extensive background in creative brand direction and marketing design. Platt holds a BS in Architecture and Graphic Design from the University of Michigan.
