Natalie Dunn

Natalie Dunn, PHR, currently serves as a Talent Operations Specialist at Retool, where significant achievements include standardizing interview training for over 300 employees, significantly increasing the engineering interviewer pool, and reducing interview times by 50% while maintaining overall interview volume. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Business Partner Internship at Gilead Sciences, where Natalie developed career maps and coordinated with various departments to align job descriptors. As Co-Founder and Director of Student Relations for the SHRM at UCLA, Natalie established mentorship programs and organized events for the student community.
