Paul Goodman

Head of Sales at Retool

Paul Goodman is the Head of Sales at Retool. Prior to joining Retool, Paul was with Mapbox for seven and a half years, where they led various sales teams and initiatives. Paul was instrumental in rebuilding the sales team to align more closely with customer goals, and they implemented a new organizational structure, leveling and calibration, and new operations cadence. Paul also served as Director of Technical Account Management and Head of Strategic Accounts, working with an A+ team to build out Mapbox's global Technical Account Management team and leading a cross-functional team that closed new business with teams shipping amazing location experiences.

Before joining Mapbox, Paul co-founded and served as CEO of Acopio, an agricultural data company that helped producers collect, manage, and share data to increase profitability, access financing, and connect with consumers. Paul began their career as a Technology Advisor with DAI.

Paul has a passion for working with companies that are using technology to improve the world. Paul is excited to be a part of the Retool team and help customers build amazing software applications quickly and efficiently.

Paul Goodman completed a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an MA in Information Management and Systems from the University of California, Berkeley.
