Susan Leonard

Susan Leonard has a diverse background in human resources, with experience spanning several companies including DreamWorks Animation, Roblox, and Retool. At DreamWorks Animation, Susan served as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on employee on-boarding, team meetings, and employee relations. Currently, as a Human Resources Business Partner at Retool, Susan applies expertise in managing employee relations and skill evaluations. Earlier, Susan took a sabbatical to study and travel in the South Pacific and has held various roles in human resources and people operations at Roblox. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish from St. Mary's College of California and an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington, where Susan also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
