Willie Blades

Willie Blades currently serves as the Enterprise Sales Leader for the Americas – West at Retool, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Willie was the Corporate Sales Leader at Postman, overseeing a team of seven Account Executives focused on mid-sized Enterprise organizations from April 2024 to October 2025. Willie's extensive experience includes roles such as Regional Sales Manager at LaunchDarkly, where the management of a similar team was also a focus, and significant achievements in quota attainment throughout a sales career that spans various companies including Samsara, NGINX, and Brocade. Willie's sales performance is notable, with consistently high quota attainment percentages, including 220% in FY2022, and has been recognized for exceptional performance at each stage of the career. Willie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
