Retoria is a training organisation based in Milan. We promote a critical, human-centred AI literacy and languages as essential tools for autonomy.

Our educational methodology is data-driven and evidence-based. We design learning paths aimed at measuring actual progress and guiding our students towards full, long-term autonomy. We do not teach passing trends or temporary hypes. Instead, we cultivate perennial human skills and values, which are the only tools capable of building independent individuals who can adapt to and govern any technological change.

We partner with schools, universities, cultural and social institutions, and organisations looking to manage the digital transition while preserving their human core.
