Tom was previously the executive vice president and chief information officer in MetLife’s Information Technology Group. In this role, they were responsible for delivery of information technology services for the Enterprise focusing on innovation, operational effectiveness and customer centricity. Prior to that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston where they were responsible for setting the technology vision and strategy for the corporation as well as ensuring the continuous delivery, secure efficient operation and optimal use of the bank's systems. Tom has also held leadership positions at RetireHub, CashEdge, and RBC.
