Will Deng

Will Deng is a senior deep learning engineer at Retrace and a former postdoctoral researcher at the University of Iowa. Will has experience in both industry and academia, and their research interests include computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning.

Will Deng completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Tianjin University. Will then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the University of Iowa. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Will Deng reports to Ali Sadat, Founder and CEO. They are on a team with Kevin Yang - Product Director, Stephen Chan - VP Engineering, and Hamid Hekmatian - Senior Deep Learning Engineer.
