Michael Roth

Michael Roth has a diverse professional background in law and management. From 1995 to 1997, Michael served as a Værnepligtig - konstabel at Den Kongelige Livgarde. Following that, Michael held various roles, including Partner and Advokat (L) at Ret&Råd in January 2025, specializing in qualified insolvency and providing advice in family and inheritance law. Michael's managerial experience includes serving as Afdelingschef at F GROUP A/S from 1997 to 2000 and Salgschef Øst at Stofa A/S from May 2000 to May 2013, where responsibilities included leading the sales department in East Denmark. As a Partner at Hjælp Til Gæld ApS from June 2013 to December 2021, Michael provided clients with guidance on debt restructuring and represented them in court. Michael holds a Cand.jur. degree from Københavns Universitet, an HD in Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School, and is a Certified Coach from Confex Coaching Academy, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
