Jack T.

Jack T. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Jack started their career as a Sales Representative at Tele world in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Jack then joined Canon Inc. as a Sales Associate and stayed with the company from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Jack joined SoftBank as a Deputy Branch Manager. In this role, they managed store operations, drove sales growth, and implemented customer satisfaction initiatives. Jack also played a key role in staff management and development.

From 2009 to 2014, Jack worked at NPO - Multicultural Family Support Center as a Program Coordinator/Youth Development. In this role, they coordinated programs and developed young individuals.

In 2014, Jack joined NEWCOM Inc. as the General Manager/Head of Business Development. Jack led the start-up phase of the company, developed a comprehensive business strategy, and established partnerships with key stakeholders. Jack took full ownership of the business strategy and successfully expanded the company.

From 2016 to 2021, Jack worked at Fun Group Inc. In this company, they held two roles: President of Fun Group USA Inc. and Chief Operating Officer. As President, they were responsible for establishing the business in the USA and achieving profitability within the first year. As COO, they played a key role in strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution.

In 2022, Jack co-founded Retreat and assumed the role of Co-Founder/COO. Additionally, they became a Co-Owner of People Ops Leaders in the same year.
