Caroline Pappa

Caroline Pappa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline is currently working as a Data Insight Analyst at Retriever, where they analyze media coverage and provides insights to support communications strategies. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Media Analyst at the same company, where they monitored and analyzed media coverage for clients. Caroline also has experience as a PR Research Media Coder at Kantar Sifo, where they generated insights for clients using market research and data analysis. Additionally, Caroline has worked in non-profit organizations, serving as the Head of Communications & Co-founder at ERIN, an organization focused on gender equality, and as the Informatörsamordnare at Kvinnojour Uppsala, offering support and resources to women in need. Caroline has also worked as a Researcher at Mångkulturellt Centrum and Hammer & Hanborg, conducting research and analysis. Caroline has a background in education, having worked as a Substitute Teacher at various schools in Stockholm.

Caroline Pappa completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Södertörn University, attending from 2012 to 2015. Caroline then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media Communication and Cultural Analysis from Södertörn University, which they completed between 2015 and 2017.

In 2016, Caroline also attended Stockholm University to study Gender and Postcolonial studies in Audiovisual Media, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree in this field.

Additionally, Caroline Pappa obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in December 2016.
