Kim Andersson

IT Manager at Retriever

Kim Andersson began their work experience as an IT Support Technician at SML-IT in May 2015, where they primarily handled 1st line support tasks such as guiding users over the phone, remote desktop, and on-site assistance. Kim also installed and delivered desktops, laptops, and iPads.

In April 2016, Kim joined Glorious Games Group as a QA Tester Intern, working on website and mobile game projects. Kim mainly focused on the website Stardoll.com and the game Showoff.

From September to December 2016, Kim worked as a consultant Web Administrator for KA Webb & Tryck, where they migrated a mail server, performed web development tasks, and provided phone support to customers.

In December 2016, Kim joined SVT as a Support Technician, remaining until November 2018.

In November 2018, Kim joined Retriever as an IT Coordinator and Second Line Support, responsible for procurement and operations. Kim also handled database administration, scripting, and developed internal tools for workflow automation. Additionally, they managed and improved the Office 365 environment and CRM.

In March 2020, Kim took on the role of Data Protection Officer at Retriever, until December 2021.

As of February 2021, Kim has been working as an IT Manager at Retriever, focusing on second line support, internal process improvement, procurement, Office 365, and CRM.

Kim Andersson earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Informatics from the University of Skövde. The degree focused on Game Development with a specialization in Game Design. Additionally, in May 2012, Kim obtained a driver's license from the Swedish Transport Agency.
