Ville Rantala

Ville Rantala has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ville began their career as a Football Youth Coach at Ilves ry, where they took care of young players and designed practice sessions for them. Following that, they worked as a Travel Guide at Oy Dupond & Dupond Ltd.

Ville then transitioned into the field of public affairs and media monitoring. Ville worked at Cision Finland, where they held multiple roles including Research Specialist, Customer Success Manager, and Media Research Trainee. Ville'sresponsibilities included database maintenance, project management, sales negotiations, and onboarding new customers.

More recently, Ville has been involved in customer relations and success roles. Ville worked at Retriever as a Customer Manager and subsequently as Acting Customer Relations Manager. In these positions, they developed trust relationships with major clients and focused on providing the best customer-centric service in the media monitoring industry. Ville then joined Cinode as a Senior Customer Success Manager, leading customer success initiatives.

Ville's work experience also includes internships at the Permanent Representation of Finland to the Council of Europe and as a Research Assistant at the University of Tampere. In these roles, they gained experience in meeting preparations, report writing, and qualitative analysis.

Ville Rantala completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Tampere in 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at the same university, graduating in 2018. In 2014, they briefly studied International Relations and Affairs at Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques. In 2018, they also attended the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO to further their studies in International Relations and Affairs.
