Autumn J.

Autumn J. is an experienced Human Resources professional. Autumn has worked for Retro Studios since 2022 as a Human Resources professional, Honor HR as a Founder, Armature Studio as an HR Manager, LCRA as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner since 2019, Pager as a People Operations Associate (Human Resources) since 2018, and Blizzard Entertainment in two roles from 2013-2018. As a Human Resources Business Partner at Blizzard Entertainment, they coached and guided people managers up to VP level, and was responsible for performance management, onboarding and orientation, leaves of absences, and training employees on new company programs. As an Associate Human Resources Generalist, they were the first point of contact for the Human Resources team and was responsible for onboarding, unemployment claims, leaves of absences, company policy and program implementation, offboarding, and supporting HR initiatives.

Autumn J. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas in 2013. Autumn then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the same institution in 2016. In 2017, Autumn J. obtained a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and in 2018 they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, in 2016 they obtained a First Aid and CPR certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
