Ryan Cornelius has diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ryan began their career at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer Intern, where they worked on the front end for Vista (Longhorn) Help. Ryan developed a method of combining online and local help results. After that, they joined National Instruments as a Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of a 3D scene viewer in LabVIEW using Open Scene Graph technology. Ryan then moved to Retro Studios, where they held multiple roles, including Software Engineer, Lead Gameplay Engineer, and currently, Senior Lead Gameplay Engineer. Ryan also had a brief tenure at Armature Studio as a Software Engineer. Additionally, Ryan has ownership experience through their role as the Owner of Notemesh.
Ryan Cornelius attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computer Science and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in the same field.
