Natella Phillips is a seasoned professional in inventory transformation, eCommerce, and merchandising, with a robust career spanning various leadership roles. They served as a Merchandise Planner and Manager at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh and contributed as an eCommerce Retail Consultant at Varlo Inc. Previously, Natella held positions including Buyer/Planner at Macy's and Senior Director DTC at The Athlete's Foot. Currently, they are the Senior Director Consulting at RetSci, where they focus on optimizing planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations.
