BJ Batterson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. BJ is currently working at RETTEW, starting in 2017 as a Sr. Program Manager, and later advancing to Director of Facilities and Construction in 2022, and then to Vice President of Facilities and Construction in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Engineer at Hilcorp from 2014 to 2017. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Project Manager 3 at RETTEW Associates, Inc. Before that, they worked at Rex Energy Corporation as a Civil/Environmental Engineer from 2009 to 2011. BJ Batterson started their career in 2003 as a Staff Designer at QproQ Engineering and later worked at PennTerra Engineering, Inc. as an Environmental Designer from 2004 to 2007, and as an Environmental Department Manager from 2007 to 2009.
BJ Batterson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
