Ed Kauffman

Ed Kauffman is an experienced professional in safety training and risk management with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Safety Training Manager at RETTEW since August 2022, Ed develops custom safety training for clients throughout Pennsylvania, providing both classroom and onsite instruction. Prior to this role, Ed worked as a Business Consultant, where strategies were developed for small business owners in Central Pennsylvania, and as the Director of Risk Management at Lyneer Staffing Solutions, overseeing comprehensive risk management initiatives. Ed's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager/Director of Insurance and Risk Management at Berks & Beyond Employment Services, focusing on risk identification and management strategies. Ed is an alumnus of Texas A&M University.
