Rick Winter

Rick Winter is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in roadway alignment and plan preparation. Currently a Senior Designer at RETTEW since June 2024, Rick has previously held senior design roles at CDR Maguire Inc. and ms consultants, inc., where responsibilities included creating comprehensive working sets of plans. Rick's career began as a Draftsman I at Cadnetics Inc., followed by the role of Cad Tech II at Wilbur Smith Associates, and a Designer position at SAI Consulting Engineers Inc. Rick is an alumnus of Pittsburgh Technical College, where studies took place from 2000 to 2002, and attended North Hills High School.
