Thomas Heldrup has accumulated diverse experience in legal roles within the creative industry. Beginning as a legal intern at LETT from 2010 to 2011, Heldrup continued to develop expertise at Kammeradvokaten/Law Firm Poul Schmith from 2011 to 2014, focusing on public law and tax issues. A period of involvement with the Danish Actors' Association/FILMEX from October 2015 to November 2016 allowed for the review of actors' movie contracts to ensure compliance with collective agreements. Since April 2016, Heldrup has served at RettighedsAlliancen, initially in legal content protection and enforcement and subsequently as Head of Content Protection & Enforcement, working to promote equitable business conditions for the creative industry online.
