Roy Wan has held various roles in the eCommerce industry since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Business Executive at Auctionforces Limited, where they explored potential online retailing markets for electronic products, provided up-to-date information of major online retailing platforms, and researched and analyzed different pricing strategies of specific electronics products on different online marketplaces. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at eBay International Hong Kong Limited as an Account Manager, providing high quality customer service/account management to HK eBay sellers, driving the adoption of eBay Adcommerce among eBay top sellers, conducting training to eBay sellers relating to sales techniques, products, and policy, and working closely with various functional teams to achieve team goals. In 2013, they worked as an eCommerce Development Manager at ChannelAdvisor. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Continental Global Service Limited as Business Development and Strategy, enabling retailers from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan to sell like local merchants in US, Europe and Australia, and providing warehousing and virtual warehousing solutions in US, UK, Germany and Australia. Since 2018, they have been the CEO Founder of ReturnHelper.

Roy Wan attended City University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Systems. In 2008, they participated in an International Exchange Program at the University of Groningen from January to July.
