David Foell

David Foell is the President and CEO of Return Polymers Inc., a leader in PVC recycling and compounding, processing over 60 million pounds of recyclables annually since February 2007. Prior to this role, David served as Vice President and Owner of P2 Concrete Forming Systems, LLC from August 2003 to August 2016, where P2CFS co-invented and exclusively marketed a permanent concrete forming system. David's extensive career also includes positions at Avient Corporation, where roles included Manager of Business Development and Product Manager for TPE & Vinyl Compounds, and a Vice President role at Decillion LLC. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Business Management from the University of Waterloo, completed between 1984 and 1989.
