Mark Bartholomew is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Plant Engineering Manager and previously as a Process Engineer at Return Polymers Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mark worked at AZEK Building Products as a Materials Engineer from June 2017 to November 2023. Mark also contributed as a Chemical Engineer Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University from January 2016 to May 2017, where instruction focused on core chemical engineering principles. Mark’s practical experience includes Chemical Engineering Co-Op positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company in both Innovative Technologies and Plant Manufacturing during the summers of 2015 and 2016, involving thermal characterization and manufacturing process studies. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2017.
