Return2SA is part of the Research Square Group (R² Group), built for South African professionals living in the Netherlands who want to move back home.

For a lot of South Africans here, the pull to go home never really goes away. Family, the lifestyle, being close to the people who matter, it stays with you, even when your career is going well. Return2SA exists so that pull doesn't have to compete with your job.

We become your legal employer in South Africa, taking care of the local contract, payroll and tax compliance, while the Dutch employer keeps you on their team. In practice, that means you can move back to South Africa, keep the career and income you've built in the Netherlands, and let us handle everything that makes that legally and practically possible.
It means going home doesn't have to mean starting over.
