Some women don't lose themselves all at once. It happens slowly. Through over-giving, over-functioning, and loving people who couldn't meet them where they were. Through armor built so thick they forgot who was underneath it.
Returning Unarmored is a digital wellness brand built for the woman who is ready to stop performing and start returning to herself.
Founded by Chanita' Christmas, published photographer, writer, world traveler, conference producer, and woman who has lived in six countries and learned the hard way that you can outrun a lot of things but you cannot outrun yourself.
Our flagship product, Before I Choose Again, is a 64-page fully interactive digital journal designed for women who want to understand what they are carrying before they choose again. Not a therapy workbook. Not a devotional. A real, honest look at patterns, armor, self trust, and standards. The work most women skip and then wonder why nothing changes.
Five sections. 29 exercises. Original photography throughout. Built to be beautiful, honest, and worth sitting with.
This is not a healing brand. It is not about the person who hurt you. It is about the woman who keeps showing up and what becomes possible when she finally decides to show up differently.
Returning Unarmored. Come home to yourself.
