Ellen Kaye

Ellen Kaye is a seasoned marketing automation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Automation Manager at Reuters since July 2025, Ellen has held similar senior roles at Flight Centre Travel Group from August 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing automation for the Northern Hemisphere and EMEA regions. Prior experience includes various positions at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) from January 2018 to July 2021, where Ellen advanced from Marketing Automation Specialist to Team Lead. Ellen’s career began at FC Business Intelligence Ltd, where roles spanned from Customer Service Representative to Head of Data Operations between February 2012 and December 2017. Education includes a Foundation Diploma in Communication and Media Studies from Epping Forest College, completed in 2011.
