Phil Noble has extensive experience in photography, having started as a Photographer at News Team from January 1996 to January 1998. Following this, Phil worked as Deputy Picture Editor at Manchester Evening News until February 1999. From March 1999 to February 2006, Phil served as a Staff Photographer at The Press Association before advancing to Senior Photographer at Reuters in February 2006, a position held to the present day.
