Barbara Stephens

Barbara Stephens has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Barbara started their career at Snap-on Tools in 1994, where they held various roles, including Director of Human Resources. Barbara'sresponsibilities included labor relations, talent selection and development, and restructuring efforts. In 2005, they joined Bucyrus International, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided strategic leadership to the global business. Barbara then founded BHSPartners, LLC in 2011, offering services related to human resources to individuals, groups, and organizations. Barbara also served as a Board Director and Compensation Committee Chair at First Business from 2010 to 2017. In 2016, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rev Group, Inc.
