Lisa Rispoli is an experienced attorney currently serving as Senior Counsel at REV Group, Inc. since April 2024 and as Group Legal Counsel at Johnson Controls since March 2021. At Johnson Controls, Lisa manages the drafting and negotiation of complex sales contracts valued at over a billion dollars annually, providing oversight and guidance to junior attorneys. Previously, Lisa worked as In-House Counsel for F.H. Paschen from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included negotiating construction contracts and researching relevant state laws.
