Michael Lanciotti

Michael Lanciotti serves as President, Recreation Segment, overseeing all the recreation businesses and brands including Fleetwood RV®, Holiday Rambler®, American Coach®, Lance Camper®, Midwest Automotive Designs®, Renegade RV and Goldshield Fiberglass®. He was appointed to this role in April 2021. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles at Renegade RV® which he joined in 2008. Following REV’s acquisition of Renegade RV in 2016, Mike served as its Vice President and General Manager. Mike holds an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a bachelor’s degree from Thiel College with a focus in Accounting and Mechanical Engineering.
