Thomas Moe

Thomas Moe is a seasoned professional in crew management with extensive experience spanning over a decade in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Crew Manager at REV Ocean since October 2025, Thomas previously held the position of Regional Crew Management Partner for North Europe & Dubai at V.Group from March 2018 to October 2025. Other notable roles include Crew Management Partner at V.Ships Norway AS, Fleet Crew Manager at V.Ships Norway, and Crew Manager at Norwegian Crew Management. Thomas also served as 2nd Officer at Olympic Subsea ASA and Remøy Management AS, and started his career as a Deck Cadet at BOURBON. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science from Ålesund University College, earned between 2007 and 2010.
