Michael Svedeman

Michael Svedeman is a Senior Director at REV Renewables since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing solar, wind, and energy storage development across various energy markets including PJM, SPP, ERCOT, and ISO-NE. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Invenergy LLC from July 2014 to May 2021, holding positions such as Director and Senior Manager of Project Development, where development, budgeting, planning, permitting, and financial modeling were key responsibilities for over 2,700 megawatts of renewable energy projects in the western United States. Michael also has experience managing over 2,900 megawatts of wind, solar, and storage projects in MISO and SPP from previous positions at Invenergy and began a career in energy at Chaparral Energy, LLC as a Project Development Intern. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management with a Minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and completed a Capstone Study Abroad Program at Universidad de Alcalá.
