Greg Needel has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2001, they completed an internship at The Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab. In 2003, they completed a Co-Op at Direct Dimensions, Inc. In 2004, they completed a Co-Op at the Grand Challenge Autonomous Race Team. In 2005, they completed a Co-Op at DEKA Research & Development. In 2008, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. In 2010, they worked as a Sr. Product Engineer at Innovation First, Inc. In 2013, they worked as the Director of the Innovation Gymnasium at Southern Methodist University. In 2014, they worked as the Tri-Chair of the Innovation Technology Committee at The Metroplex Technology Business Council and as the CEO & Co-Owner of REV Robotics, which has grown into being one of the leaders in the educational robotics market with users in more than 190 countries and in over 10,000 institutions.
Greg Needel attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2007.
