Amber Rowe possesses extensive experience in promoting inclusion and diversity, primarily through roles at the Department of Corrections NZ since 2017, currently serving as Lead Adviser Disability. Key responsibilities include advancing the Disability Action Plan for tāngata whaikaha Māori and disabled individuals in prisons. Previous positions include Senior Adviser Inclusion and Diversity and roles focusing on case management and practice leadership.
