Veronica Arder has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Initially serving as the On Iowa! Program Captain at The University of Iowa, Veronica successfully recruited and trained a team for the On Iowa! program. At Per Sé Group, as a Senior Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, and Recruiting Team Leader, Veronica excelled in fulfilling technical requisitions for energy and engineering clients, while maintaining high satisfaction scores and managing a significant portfolio of contractors.
