Veronica Arder has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Initially serving as the On Iowa! Program Captain at The University of Iowa, Veronica successfully recruited and trained a team for the On Iowa! program. At Per Sé Group, as a Senior Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, and Recruiting Team Leader, Veronica excelled in fulfilling technical requisitions for energy and engineering clients, while maintaining high satisfaction scores and managing a significant portfolio of contractors. Veronica achieved Certified Staffing Professional certification and played a key role in developing recruitment processes focused on diversity and inclusion. After working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Revamp Engineering, Inc., Veronica now holds the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development. Prior experience also includes a role as General Manager at College Pro, where Veronica significantly increased sales territory growth. Veronica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Iowa.
