Rick Gennett

Mr. Gennett served as the President of Synthes Trauma Inc. from 1995 to 2010, just prior to its sale to Johnson & Johnson for $20.2 billion. During his tenure as President, the Trauma Division grew from $185 million to $1.3 billion and reached the number one market share position based on new product development initiatives and innovative sales strategies. Rick also served as Vice President of Sales, National Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager during his first ten years at Synthes. Prior to joining Synthes, Mr. Gennett worked at the Ethicon Division of Johnson & Johnson for ten years in various positions including Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Research Manager, and Sales Representative. Mr. Gennett has served as a member of the Board of Directors at CD Diagnostics, HD Lifesciences, EWAVi, Tri-Medics, and Laschal Surgical Instruments. Mr. Gennett graduated with a BA in Psychology from Wilkes University.
