Alan Verdugo

Alan Verdugo has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field spanning over 15 years. Alan started their career at AutoZone as a Programmer Analyst, where they excelled in troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, developing, and enhancing systems. During their time at AutoZone, they received several awards for their exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.

Alan then joined Electronic Arts as a Software Engineer, specializing in the social aspects of the Origin© client. Alan worked on launching, supporting, troubleshooting, enhancing, and decommissioning servers and applications in the cloud used for video game traffic and data processing for millions of concurrent users.

Afterward, they joined IBM as a Software Engineer, where they played a key role in collecting, processing, curating, and reporting billing data for IBM's Development Support Team. Alan also worked as a Unix/AIX Specialist, providing support, troubleshooting, installing, configuring, migrating, and developing various software and servers.

Following their time at IBM, Alan joined Amdocs as a Lead Software Engineer, leading and mentoring a development team. Alan successfully processed, analyzed, and reported telecommunications data for a major company.

Currently, Alan is employed at RevComm Inc. as a Software Engineer. Their main responsibility is developing code for MiiTel, a flagship product of a Japanese startup company. Alan also implements new features and fixes for MiiTel's integrations with Zoom, and Google Meet.

Throughout their career, Alan has demonstrated exceptional technical skills, leadership abilities, and a strong dedication to delivering high-quality work.

Alan Verdugo has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. Alan also has an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Universidad Tecnológica de Chihuahua (UTCH).

In terms of additional certifications, Alan has obtained several certifications from IBM, including Security Focal, Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence, IBM Redbooks Silver Author, IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service, and Docker Essentials.
