Connie Jump

Connie Jump has over 30 years of experience in editorial operations, beginning as an Editorial Assistant at National Underwriter from March 1987 to September 2003, where responsibilities included document preparation, copyediting, and customer support. From October 2003 to July 2008, Connie served as Supervisor of Editorial Operations at Highline Media, managing editorial assistants and production schedules. Promoted to Manager of Editorial Operations at Summit Business Media from July 2008 to January 2015, duties expanded to team cross-training and overseeing interdepartmental communications. As Senior Manager within the Practical Insights Division at ALM from January 2015 to February 2022, Connie focused on maintaining editorial schedules, budget management, and content creation for subscribers. Currently, Connie is an Administrative Claims Associate at Revecore since June 2022. Educational qualifications include a High School Diploma with a 4.0 GPA from Holmes High School, business studies at Northern Kentucky University, and a concentration in Legal Assisting from the University of Cincinnati.
