Jeff Ainsfeld is currently the Executive General Manager - West Coast at REVELxp, overseeing a team of General Managers and leading all sales and operations initiatives across multiple regions. Previously, Jeff served as the Director of Sales and Development at Club Sports Group and has held roles at F45 Training, where they achieved significant revenue milestones. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in developing high-performing teams, executing successful business strategies, and enhancing employee retention through comprehensive development programs. Jeff holds an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA, a BA in Sport Sciences from the University of the Pacific, and a degree in Business from San Diego State University.
