Hunt Cramer

Hunt Cramer is currently the Global Demand Planning Manager at Revelyst, where they manage demand planning for over ten brands generating $400 million annually. Previously, Hunt worked as a Planning Analyst at Simms Fishing Products, effectively improving operational efficiency and inventory turnover. They co-founded PrepReps LLC, generating significant sales through strategic marketing partnerships, and have held various roles across notable companies, including as an International Marketing Intern at L.L.Bean. Hunt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College and has experience in leadership and conflict resolution as a counselor at Teton Valley Ranch Camp.
