Pat Richards is a seasoned commercial and operations leader with extensive experience in category management, procurement, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Indirect Sourcing at Revelyst, Pat has previously held significant roles at Wayfair, Lumber Liquidators, and AlixPartners, where they drove revenue growth and optimized procurement strategies. With a foundation in retail at Ace Hardware, Pat has demonstrated a capacity for leading cross-functional teams to improve processes and supplier relationships. Pat holds an MBA from Boston University and a BBA from The University of Iowa, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
