Gary Lin

Gary Lin is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the tech and advertising sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of Purple Orange Ventures since 2012, Gary has focused on impact investing aimed at eliminating animals from the global food system. In 2020, Gary founded EVIG Group, collaborating with scientists to develop innovative solutions in cell agriculture and alternative protein. Additionally, Gary serves in advisory roles for Good Startup and Revent, while being an Investor and Supervisory Board Member at ReGen Villages since 2017. Past ventures include co-founding Kisura GmbH, leading Glispa Global Group as Founder and CEO, and establishing glispa Media as Founder and President. Gary's early career includes founding Beyond Interactive, a digital ad agency. Educationally, Gary attended the University of Michigan and the University of California, Berkeley.
