Revent was born consequent to the acquisition of two former Amtek group Companies (Amtek Auto Limited and Castex Technologies Limited ) by DVI, a US based investment fund. DVIs Resolution Plan for the businesses included a complete financial settlement of all past liabilities and induction of fresh capital for future growth. Under the leadership of a new Board of Directors and professional management,  Revent aims to transform into a thriving organisation responsive to the needs of customers, employees and all other stakeholders.
