Choice Health is an independent, community-based palliative care company working with patients who are living with a serious illness and desire to have relief from associated symptoms.  Additionally, our services are designed to provide peace of mind, for both the patient and family, that the best decisions are being made regarding their personal health.

We have a specialized team of medical professionals who work together with patient’s doctors and other providers to create an extra layer of support.  The services we provide are focused on managing our patient’s symptoms associated with various disease processes.  Our services focus on quality of life while still receiving curative treatments.
